My architectural services are based on the six phases outlined in the standard contracts published by the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).

Based on your decisions, I will personally create high-quality drawings in the phases of schematic design, design development, and construction documents. I use the latest drawing and modelling software to visualize elegant designs and develop details from a robust technical reference library. I review and coordinate the engineers’ drawings while making practical architectural improvements. Then I will present my work concisely and in lay-terms to validate your earlier decisions and provide peace of mind that the design phases are complete.
Along with high-quality drawings, the bidding and approvals phase includes a project manual with technical specifications using the Canadian National Master Specification (NMS) system. The project manual also includes procurement and contracting requirements based on the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) master specification.
